does this work with a cobb sf intake with airbox? or will the air box need to be altered

This will not fit with the Cobb Airbox without modification

I see different color ETS logos painted on the core, how would one go about getting a specific color logo with anodizing?

When placing the order, you can add the stencil color to the order notes if you have a special request. We cannot do exact color matching, but we do have several different options. Additionally, if there is a specific paint/color code you can include that as well.

I bought a used ets front mount locally and it came with a tial bov. I already got the car tuned with the tial bov. If I was to switch to the hks would I need a retune?

If your vehicle is tuned to speed density you shouldn't need a retune, but it's always best to ask your tuner.

Will this work with a process west intake manifold?

Sorry to bother you..... If I do a front mount and piping kit, do I need to get my car tuned..? I'm looking to do this kit more for a visual look (I know, I'm weak sauce). I'm driving a 2021 Subaru STi with only a cat back and drop in filter. Thanks for any answers you can provide, I truly appreciate it.

No problem!  You don't need a tune to run a front mount intercooler.  We do reocmmend that you recirculate the blow off valve like factory to prevent any type of driveability errors.

I see the only manifold option is stock. I plan on using an AMS manifold. Will there be any fitment issues?

Our intercooler kit will not fit an AMS intake manifold without modification.

May I install this kit, can I continue to use AEM's air intake system?

Doing a quick google search it looks like the intake shield will not work as it would block our piping from running through the fender.  The pipe looks close, but with never installing an AEM intake I can't say for sure.  Worst case, we offer an intake that is PNP with our intercooler kit.

Is a Cobb 20g turbo considered a stock turbo replacement?

Yup!  The Cobb 20G utilizes a 2.0" compressor cover, so you will need our stock replacement turbo piping kit.

If we want to get the HKS SSQV4 BOV with the kit, will it be compatible with the Tial BOV flange? That seems to be the only flange option..

There should be an option to select TiAL, HKS, TurboSmart or PTE.  The flanges are different between the different blow off valve models.  If you can't find what you're looking for send an email to sales@extremeturbosystems.com and we can help you out.

Yup!  Select the stock flange to run this blow off valve.

Do you guys have the ait bung already welded on cause I don’t see the option for it any more on the list of configurations .

Yep, it comes welded on and we include a plug in case you don't need it.

If I were to buy this kit, is the IAT bung welded on already or do you have to ask for that? Considering Titanium piping

It comes included with a plug. No need to specify.

What is the cuppler size for the stock turbo replacement ?

Stock Replacement is a 2.00" to 2.50" 90 degree coupler.  The factory turbocharger size is a 1.75" to 2.50" 90 degree coupler.

If I get the stock turbo location pipe setup and decide to replace the turbo with an upgraded stock location turbo, is there a way to replace just that pipe?

The pipe is the same. It is just a coupler change.
