The 08-14 Subaru WRX ETS intercooler piping kit uses 2.5" OD 304 Stainless Steel tubing. This ensures the highest level of durability with our Extreme Turbo Systems kit The piping is 1 piece mandrel bent with no welds or joints to disrupt the flow. The ends of the pipes are beaded so you won't have to worry about couplers coming off during a pull. We finish our pipes in a wrinkle black powder coat. Will I need a tune for this? I know with an aftermarket TMIC it doesn’t require it since it doesn’t affect how boost comes on. I’m not so sure with FMIC
Nope! No tune is required to run a front mount intercooler and piping kit. We recommend venting the blow off valve back into the intake like factory to prevent any driveability issues.
A few different questions: Is lifetime warranty for all parts or only specific parts? Is it possible to use Perrin FMIC piping (red) vice ETS FMIC piping with the ETS FMIC? Does this come with a ETS Coolant Overflow tank? Is it possible to mount a crash bar in the front of the FMIC?
1.) We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all the parts we build. Aftermarket parts like TiAL, Garrett, PTE, etc. all have their own warranty.
2.) Honestly, I don't think our inlet and outlet locations are in the same place as this isn't a factory replacement part. We can sell our kit with raw piping if you would like to get your own powder coating done. Simply put "raw piping" in the notes during checkout.
3.) The 08-14 kit doesn't require an aftermarket coolant overflow tank as we provide spacers that allow the piping to route behind the coolant tank.
4.) No, the bumper beam will have to be removed. We are looking into making an aftermarket chassis brace.

if i want to run FP green Turbo setup do i need the STI style turbo?
That is correct and put a note on it saying you are running an FP green so we can be sure to get you the correct coupler.
Does this fit a sedan or hatchback WRX?
It fits both.
Is the anodized color option for the core or the stencil?
Anodize option is for the color of the cooler it self.

I plan to use your rotated kit with a 6466 pt turbo and a process west manifold. Is the wrx model still ok? I currently have a 2009 wrx
You will want to select the STI option if you are going to run our rotated kit with a PW intake manifold.
Is this the same kits for the 08 Sti ?
No, The WRX and STI use different piping kits because they have different intake manifolds and turbos.
fmic 3 in core on 2011 sti will I have to cut my bumper?
Yes, all FMICs require trimming to the backside of the bumper cover.
