This adapter is used between the exhaust and the y-pipe when mating our 2 bolt y-pipe to the stock exhaust system.

I purchased this adapter for hooking up HKS none-resonated midpipe to my OEM exhaust on my GTR. I got advises that the adapter is not needed but after having the midpipe put on, I tell you YES you will need it to adapt the 3" piping to the 2.75" OEM exhaust piping to prevent exhaust leaks. You can't go wrong with this product and shipping was super fast!!!

Im looking to purchase the catback exhaust but i currently have a cobb mid pipe can it mate up?
Yes, our 2 bolt exhaust will fit with the Cobb Y-Pipe.
