Ask a Question

Quickest spool, lightest weight, and world record proven performance. This ETS Mitsubishi Evo 8 and 9 2.5" titanium short route intercooler piping has the shortest routing of any piping on the market. Allowing you IX or IIIV to spool up quicker, run cooler, and more efficiently.

Features:

  • Titanium Mandrel Bent Piping
  • Short Route: Two feet shorter than stock
  • Upper Piping flows over 12% more

The ETS Evo Piping kit is designed to eliminate many of the unnecessary bends in the stock piping. Our complete piping kit starts off by immediately expanding into 2.5" right off of the turbo elbow. This replaces the tiny 1 3/4" factory pipe and instantly adds an extra 15hp and greatly improves spool. From here it follows the core support and wraps around to the intercooler. Once the air passes through the intercooler, the piping takes a short direct path around the core support, over the transmission and straight up to the throttle body. This unique routing is over two feet shorter than the stock routing which results in greatly improved spool.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Hi, does this kit come with a BOV recirculation tube (if I use the stock BOV for example)? Or does the factory recirculation tube work with it as well? Thanks!

No, if you want to recirculate the BOV you will need this: https://www.extremeturbosystems.com/collections/custom-ets-couplers/products/ets-mitsubishi-evolution-89-recirculation-silicone-coupler

  • Hi will this product directly replace stock Evo 8 piping. Do you need to buy magnus intake manifold or any other mods to fit this product?

Yes, this works with stock intake manifold. It does require a small battery kit or a trunk mounted battery.

  • Does this upper intercooler pipe come with a tial flange?

We can do Tial with a flange. Stock with a stock flange. And HKS with a push adapter.

  • What's the difference between spot anodized and brushed finish on the titanium intercooler pipe?

The spot anodize has the blue, purple, gold finish. The brushed is a satin silver finish.
